Business Suite: Includes official letterhead, envelopes, presentations, and business card designs.
SGTU Signature:
The official signature represents the University’s graphic identity, encompassing the symbol, wordmark, and essential contact details. It should also retain proportional scaling and utilize high-resolution versions in print materials. All departments are mandated to adhere to SGTU’s graphic identity and branding guidelines.

5. University Mailing Labels, Forms, and Miscellaneous Communications:
The university signature must feature on all internal and external communication materials, with design assistance available from the university’s graphic designers. Approval from the outreach team is necessary before using any branded items.
University Communications:
The university signature is mandatory on all print and electronic communications. Website branding must adhere to SGTU’s standards, overseen by the Marketing department.
6. Videos:
Videos produced on behalf of SGTU must adhere to approved templates and feature the university logo. The Marketing department should be involved early in the production process to ensure compliance with branding standards.
